Booked a room with four poster bed. The location for Edzell was perfect and convenient, adjacent to great sitting areas and roaring fires, very friendly staff and great food and the golf course.

This property was just what we needed.

We ate in the good restaurant with attentive Waiting Staff which was reasonably priced. The location was marvellous for weekend in Edzell. You could walk to a local store and shops.

The location is incredible and stunning, it's just off the restaurant, and activities in local area.

My pet-friendly and well-appointed room was reasonably priced with tea/coffee as well as a 4 poster bed. The hotel was in an ideal location, to see area attractions.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

A nicely appointed hotel with caring employees at to the Receptionist. Ideal location for visiting restaurants and bars. Walking distance to a local shop and shops across the street.

There were a fireplace, a sofa, and coffee in the room, liked that. It was pet-friendly, had delightful décor. The hotel was in an ideal and exceptionally nice location, in a beautiful area of Scotland. The staff were caring and very informative, gave us great tips. 

Unbeatable location of the hotel happy to have dog's in all areas except restaurant. And next to Glamis castle, Glen Clova and the wonderful beach at Montrose, on the railway line, the pub, and a quiet getaway. 

Their rooms are always tastefully decorated and well-appointed with an excellent bathroom. The staff are delightfully helpful and very professional people who care to give excellent service. Our hotel is set in a central location short walk to Scotland, the home of golf. 

The room was pet-friendly and tastefully decorated, we had a fireplace, a couch, and coffee. The location was best possible, in the Edzell area, with a stunningly beautiful view. Food was local and tasty, we greatly enjoyed it.  

The place was clean with an incredible staff at to the Receptionist.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It has new-fashioned and spotless rooms to offer with a comfy bed, Wifi, for instance.

Very good room with comfortable beds, bedroom and a balcony. Very clean swimming pool and magnificent and absolutely perfect location really close to the restaurant excellent, area attractions and Edzell Golf Club. 

I had a fabulous experience staying at Glenesk. The whiskey bar was a highlight, with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent, and the accommodation was wonderful. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend
